1. To create a Facebook page you must have a facebook account. Signup here
2. Login Facebook, then go to the link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
3. Choose a type for your facebook page and enter some infomation. Page's title, choose an avatar,... just fill in and continue or skip. You can modify them later
Now have a facebook page. Enjoy!
